The Team
Three complementary minds. One integrated proposition.
REGENconcepts brings together the capacities needed at the earliest and most consequential moment: seeing the idea, giving it spatial discipline and understanding the system it must become.
Complexity is not divided between us. It is resolved together.
Professional Architect | SACAP Registered
Sylvia sees the whole and makes it felt. Drawing on approximately 30 years of experience across fine art, architecture and business, she leads the concept vision, finds the organising idea and gives the work its human and emotional direction.
Architectural Candidate | SACAP Registered
Alexia gives the idea spatial clarity. She translates intent into disciplined accommodation relationships, indicative areas, diagrams and visual material—creating the definition required for informed decisions and professional engagement.
Systems Thinker
Erika reveals the system beneath the proposition. She maps the connections between people, ecology, operations and place, tests dependencies and ensures that the parts reinforce rather than compete with one another.
Sylvia finds the idea. Alexia gives it spatial definition. Erika makes sure the whole holds together.
